- KGKatherine GobeyJul 8, 20261.0Came to get some help with a new contract, trying to add an apple watch to the phone contact. The woman immediately just said no, have to do it online. We said we'd tried online but it wasn't working so we'd come in for help. She just refused and said she can't do it. We said we only got the contract to use it with the apple watch so if it didn't work we'd have to cancel so she just said "fair enough"! Absolutely zero attempt to help us at all. Could've at least offered to go through the steps with us online in case we were doing something wrong. But no she couldn't be bothered.

Never mind the fact that the consumer rights act says as my contract is with you it’s up to you to sort it out . I don’t take a pair of jeans bought in Frazers back Levi if there’s an issue with them . Never step foot in there again and will change to a different service provider when my contract is up
