  I’ve just had my first laser hair removal session at Inga’s Secret and I’m so happy with the experience Svetlana, who did my treatment, was absolutely lovely, and the customer service was excellent. As this was my first session, I can’t comment on the results yet, but I’m already looking forward to coming back. Thank you

  I was very disappointed with my experience with the PRP hair treatment. Before the treatment, I was not clearly advised to drink enough water or stay properly hydrated. During the procedure, I was told that my blood sample was quite thick. I feel this should have been explained and addressed properly before starting the treatment. The appointment also felt very rushed. I expected more time to be spent explaining the procedure, preparing me properly and discussing what I should expect afterwards. Following my first PRP treatment, I experienced noticeable hair shedding and increased hair loss, which was extremely concerning for me. I understand that everyone’s response to PRP can be different, but I expected the clinic to provide much clearer information about potential shedding and other possible reactions before treatment. Overall, I did not feel that I received the level of preparation, communication and reassurance I expected for a treatment involving my hair and scalp. Because of this experience, I decided not to continue with further PRP sessions. I would strongly recommend that the clinic improve its pre-treatment guidance, hydration advice, communication and the amount of time given to patients during appointments. I would also like to understand why the treatment was continued after I was told that my blood sample was quite thick. If hydration was an issue and the sample was considered unsuitable or more difficult to process, why wasn’t the treatment postponed until I was properly hydrated? Could you please explain whether the quality or effectiveness of the PRP could have been affected by the condition of my blood sample, and whether there was any reason why the procedure needed to go ahead that day?

  I’ve just finished my final laser hair removal session for my arms and legs, and I want to mention that I am extremely happy with the results—they even exceeded my expectations! My interactions with the staff were more than pleasant; I always felt completely at ease, as if I were visiting a friend. I can’t wait to return for other treatments and maintenance sessions! I want to thank the wonderful Svetlana for taking such good care of me at every appointment and for the advices she provided. I will definitely be coming back!
