  Excellent customer service, was able to take my return at closing time and process it the next day smoothly. Also helped my partner with a purchase in the last 15 mins of closing! The item was the grade listed and works absolutely perfect!

  They always handle issues and returns well with products. Very polite and knowledgeable. And always happy to sort things out. The store has been a cornerstone of the town now for decades. The 4 stars is more indicative of wider CeX practices nationwide which often lead to increased returns & specifically in how internal electronics are tested, handled and packaged. For example internal chips, drives and CPUs should be handled more delicately in my opinion and internal hard drives tested and handled more thoroughly when in stock. Additionally if a customer had the ability to request a hard drive test before buying it in store would also give them a bigger piece of mind as the test results when it first came in stock and when bought can be different. This in my opinion would bring a further competitive edge to the likes of ebay. The return policies, 5 year warranty and the staff are great don't get me wrong. I don't mind returning items not up to standard neither do I blame the staff when items are defective sometimes. The staff are great. This is more to do with CeX reducing waste as whole nationwide.

  I saw a drunk guy in the shop the staff seemed to handle it well. He was not behaving well. Very abusive. The shop it self is overpriced and didn’t have the game I want so no good.

  I've been using this store since it first opened and the service has stayed consistent ever since. The guys behind the counter have to deal with a very 'varied clientele' so respect to them for keeping positive. It can get a bit busy as it's next to the bus bays but I've rarely had to wait beyond an hour for testing a trade in. Anything I've purchased has worked as expected having never had to return an item as faulty. Cheers guys!
