  We could not be happier with Helena and her amazing team at By Arrangement. From our very first consultation, Helena was warm, professional and incredibly attentive to our vision. She took the time to understand our style and preferences and then brought everything to life even more beautifully than we could have imagined. The florals on our wedding day were absolutely breathtaking. From the bouquets and buttonholes to the ceremony and reception arrangements, every piece was elegant, fresh and perfectly designed. The attention to detail was exceptional and we received so many compliments from our guests on how stunning everything looked. Helena and her team handled delivery and setup seamlessly, which allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our day without any stress. Their creativity, talent and reliability made such a difference and we are beyond grateful for their work. We highly recommend By Arrangement florist, they are incredibly skilled and also a true pleasure to work with.

  I asked Helena for some birthday flowers for my mum, just asked for pinks/purples and eucalyptus and she created me the most gorgeous bouquet I've seen! My mum absolutely loved them - thank you again!

  Absolutely amazing service. The flowers on our day were incredible. We had a consultation pre COVID where we looked through a range of options to meet the colour theme of the day. Helena was very informative and provided excellent suggestions for our day. She was also very good with moving from our original date to our new date due to COVID. The level of detail in the arrangements was amazing. Communications was excellent. Thank you so much for listening to our requests and making such beautiful arrangements even with some last minute requests! Couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Thank you.
