  Dropped off a couple of items including a controller with a sticky button and a console power issue. Gary sorted both out within a day for way less than the cost of buying new gear. So quick and professional, it’s definitely not worth trying a DIY fix when you have an expert like Gary nearby

  Brought my Xbox in as it was overheating and shutting off unexpectedly. Gary was absolute magic—had it diagnosed and repaired in just under 2 hours! He gave me a complete breakdown of the repair work carried out. It’s running like brand new again. Fantastic local service at great prices

  Extremely uncomfortable experience would not recommend. I bought an Xbox Series S from this seller through eBay, but the console was not working properly. I later went in person to Buckby GameStation to try to return it and resolve the issue directly. Despite explaining the problem, Gary still refused to refund me. During the interaction, he also made inappropriate explicit comments, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. There were also comments relating to me being transgender that I found offensive and completely inappropriate. I went there simply to return a faulty console and expected the situation to be handled professionally. Instead, I left feeling uncomfortable and shocked by how I was spoken to. After raising the issue, I also received retaliatory feedback through eBay. Based on my experience, I would not buy from Buckby GameStation again. I have kept the eBay transaction history and relevant messages relating to the dispute.

  Avoid dealing here. Attempted to purchase/trade a console, but after researching their reputation and off-platform history regarding missing items and partial returns, I cancelled the deal for safety. They immediately left retaliatory, petty feedback elsewhere. Completely unprofessional! save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

  Quick and efficient service with great communication. Dropped off my son's PS5 at 1pm and it was fixed by 4pm. Lucky to have such a great service in Northamptonshire.
