  We used this company to remove waste from a tank located in our garden. While the job itself was completed, we were disappointed with the way our property was treated. One garden feature was thrown to one side to gain access, rather than being handled properly. This seemed unnecessary and unfortunately resulted in a small amount of damaged. Considering the item, it would be obvious there would be a risk of damage in the way it was handled. They also used our hose equipment without asking and left it stretched across the garden when they departed. The tank was emptied as expected, but we felt there was a lack of courtesy and respect for our property. A little more care and professionalism would have made for a much better experience.

  Very impressive. I contacted Bourton Liquid Waste, they fixed an appointment for the next day, came on time and completed the job. I will definitely use them again
