  After being locked out of my house Richard was on his way to me within 15 minutes and had me back in the house almost immediately upon his arrival. He was friendly, helpful and gave me lots of great advice for maintaining my door and locks to prevent any further issues. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Richard!

  I cannot reccomend Richard enough! He came out as soon as I called (quite early in the morning too) and completed the work straight away. He was very thorough, incredibly helpful and polite. Thank you again Richard!

  Absolutely brilliant work from Richard. Attention to detail, second to none. Really goes above and beyond for his job and you can tell Richard enjoys his job and wants to provide a good service. Communication good leading up to the job and got in touch before arriving to make sure dates planned were still OK.

  Excellent service! Couldn't lock my front door - he realised what the problem was straight away and fixed it immediately - had all the necessary equipment - no waiting, and it works much better now as well, because he fixed the balance on the door as well! Really pleasant guy and very knowledgeable A*****
