  We rescued a 6 month old staffie cross who had n socialization or training and came from an abusive household. Despite using our knowledge from owning 6 other dogs who we trained with few problems, these had been from 8 weeks old and had no aggression issues. We were struggling to sort out his excitement aggression and boundary issues and he was starting to escalate. This had made me wary as he is big for his age and was nipping and jumping at us with bared teeth, causing a circle of behaviour. Janice gave us the necessary tools to use and within a week we saw marked improvements both indoors and on a walk. We are now building up our relationship with him and are much more confident about our future together. We also know that if we need further help Janice is on the other end of a phone which gives us more piece of mind. Many thanks from all 3 of us x
