  I feel the need to inform you all of how delighted my wife and I with the service Trisec has provided us with. Right from the off, the lovely lady on reception (I'm so sorry I didn't take your name down) was incredibly understanding and really wanted to help with our enquiry. One of our sensors was tripping the alarm in the middle of the night, every night, and so my wife called to report the problem. The receptionist advised that we'd be waiting approximately 10 days for an engineer to visit but would take our contact details down and would be in touch if there were any cancellations before this date. The alarm went off again that night and I contacted the receptionist again to ask if an Engineer could help us turn the faulty sensor off so that we wouldn't be disturbed in the night. Sure enough less than an hour later, an engineer called and guided us through the process to disable the system so that the alarm wouldn't sound, fantastic news. Two days on we received another call from the receptionist to say that she had somebody available to come and rectify the issue, 7 days before the initial estimated arrival date. We can't thank you enough for what you've done. During this uncertain period we expected longer waiting times but the service from Trisec and everybody involved has been exceptional.   We have been a domestic customer of TRISEC Ltd for more than 12 years. They cover our home security alarm system and have also installed a comprehensive CCTV monitoring system. Over the years, Trisec has diligently and professionally serviced our system as well as replaced our older equipment with new. The experience, knowledge and knowhow of the TRISEC Team has proven them as first-rate and both Mark and James’ knowledge of related electronics is about as good as it can be. They will always endeavour to help when unexpected problems occur and do all they can to resolve it. Likewise, Office support from Trisec is brilliant, and given this is a small business, the customer will always receive dedicated and prompt attention. For a security/alarm/CCTV system installation, maintenance, service or repair TRISEC Ltd has given us excellent service over many years and we have no hesitation in recommending them to all our family and friends.

  Don't expect any customer service over the phone. Heaven forbid they can be helpful or interested in new business! An absolute disgusting attitude to potential customers.
