  * Avoid Avoid Avoid! * What to say about Simply Beauty... Their conversations are "forced and fake" and usually can be heard talking about other customers to each other. I was basically "ignored and shunted" by the manager "Cheryl" after she "eventually" provided me with an eyebrow tint and wax. I would like to make it known that I am physically disabled and my vertebrae is pressing down on my spinal cord in my neck (which leaves me unable to lay flat on my back. That being said.. it didn't stop Cheryl telling she couldn't do my wax and tint on my eyebrows, without being in a comfortable position "for HER", as "SHE" couldn't reach me in the "sat up" position. As a manager of a beauticians, I would have at least have expected her to perform her services at the comfort of the "paying client", not her own. I had drawn my eyebrow shape that I usually do, to make sure they know the shape I'd like, felt the wax strips come off and was shown the mirror. It looked horrendous and nothing like how I had drawn them on. Let's just say "there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing" before she eventually provided me with an "acceptable" service and I just was just too uncomfortable and wanted to go home as it was apparent that she wasn’t going to comply to my wishes. She was completely flustered, angered and continued to "tell me" how I had done my eyebrows in a completely different style. (I'm sorry, I thought "I " THE CLIENT, would know how I DAILY styled my eyebrows.) Oh! and let me just mention the "tap on the hand" with the tweezers" I received trying to help with where I wanted it shaping. Totally unprofessional and a complete joke! As a disabled woman, I find it in today's society absolutely disgusting and unbearable behaviour from a very mature woman. I left feeling scared and vulnerable and my integrity destroyed and embarrassed.

  I've been going to Simply Beauty for at least seven years. The salon is always calm and peaceful and spotlessly clean. The staff have always been lovely - friendly, professional and well organised. I really enjoy my treatments there. Congratulations, Cheryl, for twenty years of Simply Beauty

  I have been coming here for many many years and consider Cheryl and her staff as friends. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else, I am always super pleased and leave refreshed and relaxed. This is what a beauty salon should be like, quality products and a lovely relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

  Disgusting got my nails done sat there for 3 hours left overcharged, door slammed behind me and an infection 3 days prior to my birthday. Cheers
