  Sold me a Simpsons Hit & Run [PS2] that wont read on my PS2. Disc is covered in scratches. But apparently they test all of their products!

  Recently I visited this establishment expecting to see my favourite game fifa 14 they didn’t have it so I decided to get the Minecraft movie on blue ray I walked up to the counter and I was met with this terrible stench at the desk the clerk was clearly in a terrible mood and rushed the whole procedure I was eager to watch the Minecraft movie on blue ray but the disk was scratched and muggy I will unfortunately have to return this

  Walked in this establishment to a rock remix of smooth criminal by Micheal Jackson I then proceeded to attempt to buy the simpsons movie then one of the workers asked if I was Homer Simpson then asked if I wanted a doughnut and started laughing at me even going as far as to hit me and splash monster “goth juice” on my white shirt NOT HAPPY😡😡

  Bough a new iPod touch to sell, the guy employee tried to knock down on price as apparently there was a few scratches on an iPod that never left the box, then when I asked him to show me the scratches he couldn’t. The iPod case and factory screen protector was lost/binned during the testing which would affect the iPods value. After going back and forth for a while i managed to get a full price for it. CEX do try their best to offer you low ball prices. Not sure if they get commission from buying items less but they expect consoles and controllers to be in perfect condition even tho they might be old. Was offered £18 for my Xbox one x as apparently there was some issue with the controller that they couldn’t take it, even tho it was working fine when I tested it, but with the controller they offer £79 for it. Not sure how a controller could be worth more than a console itself. Haven’t had a great experience with CEX. They will try their best to give you a lower price than on their website and when you ask them about the price they offer on their website, they will try and find some issue to knock down on price.
