  Happily blocked whole road and refused to move for vehicles when other end of the road was closed for works. Knew this was the case but refused to move the vehicle to one side to allow access to properties and seemed to take pleasure in this.

  Great service at short notice. Went the extra mile in rectifying a fault with our septic tank unit before emptying the tank. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly help. Will always use again and will recommend to others who want great service and advice. Many thanks.
