Good location right in the middle of the town centre, decent sized store and was stocked up well, plenty of car parking spaces around the town centre also.

The staff over the years have consistently had terrible attitudes towards the customer and I have no idea how any of them are still in a job tbh. They don't care if there is a que their conversation is far more important. And the way the talk down to customers when the customer isn't correct about something. It's a cesspool of negativity behind that counter and cex need to get their finger out and either have secret shoppers go in or pull the CCTV cause I know I am not the only one who has had enough of this cex shop in Motherwell

Most of the time when I come to Cex in Motherwell, I don't really have any problems, but unfortunately, today's service (Sunday, 7th, June, 2026) wasn't the best I'm afraid... Now I'm sure You guys do work hard and I'm not saying You don't, but what I don't understand, is why would You put video game cases out on display on shelf when You can't find the game discs? I do admit that maybe they have been misplaced somewhere as I know that can happen, but, man, I was really looking forward to playing these games when I got back home, and Cex didn't have TWO of these games I was looking for unfortunately! You see, on this day, I was looking to also buy The Getaway: Black Monday (PS2), and SmackDown Vs. Raw (PS2), but the game discs where nowhere to be found in the A-Z disc department..... It's alright, guys, I'm not mad, but was a little disappointed when they two games couldn't be found, but listen, things happen! 😊 Kind regards, folks! 👍
