Me & my partner recently bought our new car from Ratcliffe car sales after previously purchasing our last car from them too. We decided to trade our previous car in as our family has expanded and we needed something bigger, and once again, we couldn’t have asked for better service! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and very easy to deal with. They got us sorted quicker than we expected and made the whole process stress-free. This is a dealership we trust and will return to if ever needed. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you so much for all your help! We really appreciate it.

Brilliant experience with Ratcliffe Car Sales from start to finish. Keith was absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease straight away. There was no pressure at all, the whole process was completely hassle-free and we got a great deal on our Q5. Really happy with the car and the service we received. Would definitely recommend Ratcliffe Car Sales and Keith to anyone looking for a car.
