  I was in the store today and greeted by Emma she is very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely pleasant. An asset to the company! I will definitely use this store again.

  Very silly experience Went for an appointment to look at my phone camera which had broken . Was informed of the high replacement cost. Said I would think about it. Realised straight after I left the shop - maybe 3 minutes - later that it was worth getting fixed. Went straight back in to ask them to go ahead with the repair Was informed that a new appointment would be needed to drop my phone in for the fix and they couldn’t accept it. Doesn’t make any sense

  I visited the Apple Store in Belfast today to buy a MacBook Neo. I had done my research so knew what I wanted and had both my Apple and email provider’s passwords. All this made my experience pain free and quick. Thank you Jamie, Abdullah and Ethan, all of whom had different tasks who sorted me out with the MacBook Neo and set it up with my email address. They were courteous, listened to this 69 year old female and answered my questions without making me feel stupid or old! We live some distance from Belfast and had to get home in a reasonable time to look after our dog, it would have been far too hot to have left him in the car. The Apple staff knew this and my every wish was carried out quickly and efficiently and….. with humour. Many thanks

  Great store for anything apple - but if you need tech repair best to book in advance. Waiting time to be seen is minimal for diagnostics- but the repair could take a while - not great if you are parked in the Q park underground with eye watering prices
