  Another great experience at Apple Belfast today. I’ve visited a few times now and have always had excellent service — previously from Stevie, and today from Sarah, Liv and Robin. These guys really know their craft. They’re knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, they kept my stress levels down when I was struggling to sort a few things out. A special mention to Sarah — absolutely brilliant. Her communication and negotiation skills were amazing, and I was genuinely impressed with how calmly and efficiently she managed everything and got things sorted for me. Hands down, excellent customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you so much, Apple Belfast. You’ll definitely be seeing me again. ❤️

  I had the pleasure of purchasing the brand new iPhone 18 Pro max in the Belfast Apple Store yesterday. Tom from Cork went above and beyond to help me with purchasing the phone. He advised that the best option for me would be to connect me with the business team. His product knowledge was next to none. I have been purchasing Apple IPhones since 2009. Comparing my experience in your store in Australia, London, New York and many more. This was the best experience I ever had. I have to say this young man is a credit to Apple. Thanks Apple for hiring top class people. It really makes such a difference and I am a lifetime customer. Tom best of luck in the B2B I’m really considering buying the Duo thanks to you mate. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I cannot thank Viki and Ben at the Apple Store in Belfast enough for the incredible help and support they gave me. They were both exceptionally patient, kind, professional and understanding. They took time to listen, explain everything clearly and patiently worked through the problem until I was finally able to regain access to my laptop. What really stood out to me was the genuine care they showed. They never made me feel rushed and their patience and reassurance made such a difference. Their knowledge and professionalism were outstanding, but it was their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile that I will remember the most. Viki and Ben are a real credit to Apple. Customer service like this is exactly what makes a company stand out. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did for me and genuinely cannot thank them enough. Thank you both so much

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We went to the Apple Store in Belfast and genuinely had a really good experience! 🍎 We live in Dublin, so while we were in Northern Ireland we decided to go to the store in person, and I’m really glad we did. From the moment we walked in, everything felt organised and welcoming. The store was quite busy, but it never felt chaotic or like we were being rushed. The customer service was probably my favourite part of the visit. The staff were friendly, polite and genuinely happy to help. We had time to look around, ask questions and check out the products without feeling like someone was constantly trying to sell us something. I really appreciate that kind of service. The store itself is also very well organised and has that simple, clean Apple feel. Everything is nicely displayed and you can actually take your time looking at and trying the products. It’s also one of those places where you go in for one thing and somehow end up wanting to look at everything else. 😂🍎 My only little request? Some offers or promotions every now and then would be very welcome! 😂 Loving Apple is easy… the prices can be the challenging part. 💸 And honestly, after visiting the Belfast store, I kept thinking how great it would be to have an Apple Store like this in the Republic of Ireland too. 🇮🇪 Since we live in Dublin, having the full Apple Store experience closer to home would be amazing. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit. Friendly service, great organisation, a lovely store and a very positive experience. A loja é linda, muito organizada e, apesar de ter bastante movimento, não tivemos aquela sensação de lugar confuso ou atendimento corrido. O que mais gostei foi justamente o atendimento. A equipe foi muito simpática, educada e disponível para ajudar. Conseguimos olhar tudo com calma, tirar nossas dúvidas e conversar sem aquela pressão de ter alguém tentando vender alguma coisa o tempo inteiro. Para mim, isso faz muita diferença. Também gostei muito da organização da loja. Tudo é muito clean, os produtos ficam bem apresentados e você consegue experimentar e conhecer as coisas com tranquilidade. É aquele tipo de lugar em que você entra para resolver uma coisa e acaba querendo olhar todo o resto também. 😂🍎 Agora, se eu pudesse pedir alguma coisa… umas promoções e ofertas de vez em quando seriam muito bem-vindas! 😂 Porque gostar da Apple é fácil, o problema às vezes é o preço. 💸 E saí de lá pensando em outra coisa: seria incrível termos uma Apple Store assim também na República da Irlanda 🇮🇪. Morando em Dublin, seria maravilhoso ter essa experiência mais perto de casa, sem precisar ir até Belfast. No geral, gostei muito da visita. Bom atendimento, loja organizada, ambiente agradável e uma experiência realmente positiva. Com certeza voltaria. ❤️🍎
