  I wanted three new plug sockets installed behind TV’s in the house so I could avoid trunking. I got in touch last week wanting a ball figure as I’ve never got electrical work done and had absolutely no idea on pricing. I was given a worst case scenario figure based on what I wanted and realised financially I could go ahead. (Was pleasantly surprised) The turnaround time from enquiry to completion was good and the two electricians were professional and helpful. When I informed them the tv bracket was screwed in under the tv and that I would need to get a company out to take down the TV and put it back up, they offered to do it for me (saving me money from needing to get a company out to do this). They also checked for the timber beams and marked them out for me so when I buy the tv wall mounts for the TV’s not up yet I know where to drill - again avoiding the need for a company to come out and do this for me. While the electricians were here, I pointed out a ceiling light switch problem that I had (the switch was doing the opposite of what it’s supposed to do- turning on when the light switch was off and turning off when the light switch was on). This was like this from I moved in six years ago however while I had someone here I thought I’d get it corrected if they could. The electrician sorted this quickly and didn’t add anything onto the bill which I really appreciated. Overall I am really impressed with the service I received. I feel they went above and beyond. For a long time I avoided getting work done due to not knowing who I could trust with electrical works but I am very pleased with the work carried out and will be using them again should I need to.

  Got in contact with Sammy from Allen Electrical Contracts on Wednesday regarding getting a light changed and he informed me he would get one of his employees out.Had a young lad called Adam out on Friday afternoon to change an outside light for me. Very professional from start to finish.

  Had a new consumer unit fitted as well as car charger. First class job done and no mess. Sam and his colleague were friendly and respectful of my home. Well priced and pleased with the result
