We had a few simple questions, but Suresh, the customer advisor, was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He showed no interest in helping us. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Based on our experience, we would not recommend their service.

I visited with my friend to get a SIM card, but the customer advisor, Suresh, behaved unprofessionally. He used inappropriate language and even spoke to me using disrespectful Indian slang and rude words in front of other staff members. No customer should be treated this way. Customer service staff should remain calm, respectful, and professional at all times, regardless of the situation. I hope the store management looks into this matter and ensures all customers are treated with courtesy and respect.
