  Excellent service and good value for money. Car ready on time and price as expected, job clearly explained and well handled. If you need a mercedes serviced/repaired in the nottingham area, highly recommend these guys.

  10/10 I have been using MB-nottingham since I bought my car, my car is now over five years old and I have had fantastic service for the whole period. The work is superb the people are great and the prices compared to the main line Mercedes garages are excellent

  Had my first A service done by Martin and the team. From the first call to getting the car back everything was explained clearly and concisely. My car needed extra work and that was carried out on time and at the price quoted. No hidden extras. I’m new to the Mercedes community and want to keep my car in tip top condition as I do higher than average mileage. I will always go to MB Nottingham for excellent service and peace of mind. Oh and the hoover and wash is a nice touch

  Terrible experience with MB Nottingham. I bought my SLK 280 in for a fuel pump change. They advised around 7 days for the work to be completed. After numerous delays, the car was returned to me but with an extremely strong smell of fuel inside. They advised that it was caused by the work that had been carried out an would only last a couple of days. Several days later the smell was getting worse, so I returned the vehicle to them and was met by the owner of the business who revealed that the pump had been incorrectly installed, breaking a critical seal and making the vehicle dangerous. He accused me of having somebody else work on the car and 'sabotage' it, which is absolutely crazy. He as incredibly rude to me, and resorted to shouting. A terrible experience. He assured me that I would be refunded for the work (Almost £1600), but now over 3 years later - no refund or apology. I strongly advise avoiding this business at all costs, they will take your money, damage your vehicle and insult you. I am now considering legal action to recover what is owed. The main Mercedes Benz dealers of Nottingham shared some similar horror stories about this horrific business after I sought advice. Steer well clear of these guys, honestly - they are no cheaper and its not worth the hassle. Just as an update to respond to their reply: A customer of this organisation has up to 6 years after an order to bring legal proceedings, so I would argue that this IS still VERY RELEVANT to the business today. -- Update to respond to them again: I think their reply tells you all you need to know about dealing with this business. They cause significant damage to your car, insult you then finally promise a refund and take over 3 years to deliver. What a sham, I think the directors of the business should be ashamed of themselves. To any prospective customers - this review and their reply tells you ALL you need to know, and they certainly do like spending time with new customers forgetting the ones they owe money to! Avoid at all costs.
