  Moss from HamedServices accompanied DH Plumbing & Heating this morning during our boiler service, and he was absolutely fantastic! He collaborated seamlessly with Danny to help investigate and diagnose some tricky, unrelated leaks in our home. Moss was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.   Excellent service from start to finish. Installed my gas cooker quickly and efficiently, and was very polite and professional throughout. Arrived on time, got the job done without any issues, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. It's refreshing to find someone who takes pride in their work and provides such a high standard of service & making sure I was satisfied with everything before he left. I would highly recommend to anyone needing gas appliance installation & more. Thank you!

  Danny and Moss did a smashing job replacing our basin, shower screen, and sorting out the new vanity unit.The lads really know their stuff. The finish is absolutely flawless, and they didn't leave a single speck of mess behind them. It is rare to find fitters who are that tidy and take such pride in their work.Over the moon with the final result. If you want a proper, hassle-free job done, these are your guys!

  Moss & Daniel make a great team with Moss being so knowledgable that he found and explained the problem quickly and clearly. He was very thorough and methodical. Very reasonable pricing and swift and reliable service. He even improved other parts of the system for me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again & will be asking them back to service the boiler and maintain the heating system. Thanks guys you were brilliant and so trustworthy which I really appreciate!

  I found Hamed Services to be highly professional and courteous. I spoke with Moss on Thursday 14/05 as we had no hot water or heating. Moss and his team attended within the hour and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Moss was very knowledgeable and explained the situation with the boiler in non-technical terms which was really useful. Moss provided me with a number of options and although he got the boiler up and running, so my elderly father would have heating and hot water, he advised this was a temporary fix, due to the very poor state of the boiler. Moss made the time for us and booked us in for a priority boiler replacement on Saturday 16/05. He attended with his team including young apprentice. They were punctual and respectful. They cleaned up the work area at the end of the day, and they remained professional throughout. The team delivered the results and its quality work. It really is challenging to find trustworthy and reliable tradespeople, but I would certainly recommend this local family business to others. Many thanks Moss. Very much appreciated.
