  Pat was an excellent choice for us. We were away for a short break in Thetford and needed someone with a little local knowledge to guide us and his thoughts were welcomed. After day 1 he became the only taxi we used. Always straight about whether he could do a certain time or not up front and then happy to arrange around other bookings. It's often hard to find an accessible taxi that feels as friendly and we will certainly be using them when we visit again.

  This wasn’t a pleasant experience First of all the taxi was late I think I had been forgotten or he had a better job to go to. The driver I think his name was Pat, spent the majority of his time on the journey badmouthing and putting down other taxis firms one in particular, that we have used many times and have never had a issue with. Unfortunately if this company spent more time worrying about their own customer service and promptness instead of others firms then the stars may of been higher. I’m not interested in any gripes of vendettas he may have against others . I will not use these again.
