  Small and expensive but wouldn't buy anything off me and told me I could come back tomorrow when some how they suddenly are able to so obviously lazy staff as well. Gave it 2 stars because it was at least open and sold things but usless if you wanna sell and overpriced

  NOT EVEN ONE STAR , SHIT CUSTOMER SERVICE , THEY ASK IF I WANT CASH OR BANK TRANSFER AND I TELL THEM CASH JUST TO TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE £9 IN THE HOUSE , WHAT A JOKE , I ACCEPTWD BANK TRANSFER AND THE GUY SAID I WILL GET PAID TODAY , I TRIED TO CALL THEM OR MESSAGE THEM AS IS NEARLY CLOSING TIME because THEY DIDN'T TEXT ME OR SEND ME THE MONEY AND YOU CANNOT call them or text IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM , SO I HAD TO WASTE MY TIME TO GET TO SHOP AGAIN JUST TO TELL ME NOW THEY PAY TOMMOROW BUT THEY DIDNT NOTIFY ME AS THEY SAID , I ASKED THEM IF THEY CASH CASH IN HOUSE TO GIVE ME CASH AS IS NEARLY CLOSING TIME AND AGAIN THEY DISNT HAD 9£ IN HOUSE THINK AGAIN BEFORE BRINGING ITEMS TO POOR CEX THEY MAY NOT HAVE MONEY TO PAY YOU FOR YOUR ITEMS OR THEY MAY TAKE EVEN 1-2 WEEKS TO GIVE YOU EVEN SMALL AMOUNTS STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS PLEASE BETTER SELL YOUR ITEMS ONLINE AND YOULL GET TRIPLE OF WHAT THEY OFFER THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE WITH CEX (one of them) but last

  CEX Thetford, went to collect an order that I paid for with a voucher, read the email regarding what acceptable ID to bring for collection and I had a debit card which I have used before in other stores and it's accepted as a full CEX member is acceptable. Unhelpful staff rejected my ID and said that "it's different rules in franchised stores" and also said that there was separate ID for click and collect, which there was no mention on the email. He then said that I had to cancel the order, to which I couldn't as there was no option to on my app, I asked if he could cancel it, which he replied no, he couldn't. A helpful colleague intervened saying that the staff member could reject the order, which amazingly enough after he said that he couldn't do anything?! He disappeared around the corner and after 2 minutes said that I should receive an email with my voucher. I left and went home as I didn't live in Thetford and travelled 15 miles to collect the item. Got home and still no email and on my CEX account and it still says awaiting collection, so I don't know if he fobbed me off and didn't actually reject the order and said that so I'd leave the store. This is by far the worst store I have been to and been treated like an idiot even though I bought the appropriate ID which was mentioned in the collection email.

  Sold me a Simpsons Hit & Run [PS2] that wont read on my PS2. Disc is covered in scratches. But apparently they test all of their products!

  Recently I visited this establishment expecting to see my favourite game fifa 14 they didn’t have it so I decided to get the Minecraft movie on blue ray I walked up to the counter and I was met with this terrible stench at the desk the clerk was clearly in a terrible mood and rushed the whole procedure I was eager to watch the Minecraft movie on blue ray but the disk was scratched and muggy I will unfortunately have to return this
