  Vicky and Tom went above and beyond today to help my husband with some ear issues. They are friendly and welcoming and put you at ease straight away with their warmth. Thank you.

  Visited Tide Hearing's new premises today. Excellent facilities in a very relaxed setting, with plenty of car parking space. Received, as always, a personal, friendly and professional service. I would thoroughly recommend.

  Tom was brilliant. Quickly diagnosed my hearing loss using his expertise and high tech equipment. Then, re-calibrated my hearing aid s. The difference is amazing. I have previously used a well known hearing aid company who failed miserably. Without doubt, will be using Tide Hearing in the future.

  Refered here to Tom Silver (Audiologist) through Medefer via NHS. I previously saw Audiological Science, who carry out hearing tests on behalf of nhs. They supplied me two hearing aids on nhs, and after months and numerous visits together them to tuned and adjusted, I had been waiting (16months) for a hospital appointment to diagnose my hearing problems, My hearing diminished rapidly. I had to purchase a tv streamer and a portable microphone to hear anything with nhs aids. So, I had to bite the bullet, saw Tom, who carried out much more testing. He explained everything to me, and after trying a loan pair of the latest Phonak aids, I could even hear my quietest footsteps, my laces taping my shoes, and birdsong which I had missed for so long. Tom, placed an order for my new hearing aids which he fitted and futher explained the cleaning process etc. Yes, I had to dig deep into my pockets as these are private ones, but,....WHAT A DIFFERENCE IT HAS MADE TO MY ONCE QUIET WORLD. I cannot thank Tom enough. He is a true professional Audiologist. Don't sit there thinking nothing will make your hearing better. Go and see him now!!! Best regards Peter. B.
