  I had heard some horror stories about microsuction so I was a little nervous. Vicky was excellent at explaining what she would be doing and put me at ease. I felt completely confident in her abilities and she was very friendly and approachable. Afterwards, I could hear so much better. Thank you!

  I visited Tom as I needed to upgrade my existing hearing aids following 5 years of use. He recommended the most appropriate replacements after carrying out the various hearing tests. The service from Tom has been excellent with great communication, advice and a clean, spacious clinic. The new hearing aids are perfect and a big improvement on my old ones. Many thanks.

  We contacted Tom at Tide hearing as my husband was having problems with tinnitus and hearing loss, his knowledge regarding hearing is outstanding and as soon as we identified the problems all of his tinnitus disappeared. Highly recommend if you have any hearing issues, it has really changed my husbands quality of life.

  Saw Tom at Tide Hearing and was very impressed with his knowledge and care. I had a hearing test and advised that my hearing aid needed replacing which I knew beforehand. Very impressed with Toms knowledge and very happy with the new hearing aid I chose. Would happily recommend Tide Hearings services
