  From the first contact with Richard he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communications, gave a quote, booked in a day and was able to come 3 weeks ahead of original date. Richard and Som worked continuously and tirelessly all day, overcoming each issue as it arose. The professional level of service and quality of work were exemplary.   A first-class service from RAK Power Flushing, I would 100% recommend. Richard and his son are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They talked through the process in a clear way and explained exactly what they were doing at each step. They stayed until they were fully satisfied everything was performing how it should be. Our radiators are heating up so much quicker now and are now too hot to touch. Thank you.

  We rang the guys at RAK requiring an emergency system powerflush for our clients near Diss due to a heavily blocked system causing the boiler so overheat. From start to finish these guys were truly incredible! Our clients now have a perfectly working heating and hot water system, just like it would have been when new!   Since moving into my property a few months ago, i'd noticed the house never really felt warm. Even when the heating was on, half of the radiators had cold spots or felt like they never got hot at all. After reading great reviews online, I commissioned RAK Powerflushing Ltd to perform a full power flush on my heating system. Richard took thermal images of the radiators before and after the flush, and what can I say - the results were fantastic. The amount of black debris that was removed from my heating system was unbelievable, years of sludge build-up had been clogging up my rads causing them to perform really poorly. Since the powerflush, no more cold spots on any of the radiators and the house has never felt so warm! Couldn't recommend enough - professional, good value and a genuinely nice guy. If you've had a new boiler installed or if your radiators never feel quite hot enough, definitely consider a powerflush by RAK.
