  From the first contact with Richard he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communications, gave a quote, booked in a day and was able to come 3 weeks ahead of original date. Richard and Som worked continuously and tirelessly all day, overcoming each issue as it arose. The professional level of service and quality of work were exemplary. The property was left clean, tidy and toasty warm. I would highly recommend RAK PowerFlushing to have peace of mind that the job has been done professionally and very thoroughly. Many thanks.

  A first-class service from RAK Power Flushing, I would 100% recommend. Richard and his son are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They talked through the process in a clear way and explained exactly what they were doing at each step. They stayed until they were fully satisfied everything was performing how it should be. Our radiators are heating up so much quicker now and are now too hot to touch. Thank you.

  My central heating with microbore pipework had just about collapsed my system. One of my neighbour in the block had the same issue and she spent £400 on someone who stayed 30 minutes!! My other neighbour recommended RAK. Richard travelled up to Scarborough from Norwich and worked round the clock for 2 days. Used thermal imaging to identify the hidden pipework, flushing my system out, working on each radiator for 3 to 4 hours each, replacing pipework and also installing a new filter. Richard didn’t give up, he kept me updated with photographs and videos as he went along. Don’t be confused with what other people offer and Richard offers. This was not a power flush most companies and plumbers carry out. This was taking apart my system and putting it back together.

  Excellent company, Richard did an excellent job on power flushing my heating system after my new boiler was fitted, great communication, on time and explained the procedure very well, would definitely recommend 👏👏👏

  If your central heating system needs a power flush, don't call out one of of the major heating companies who will quote you more for a lesser service. Use RAK Power Flushing who are purely specialists in this field. My system is now working the best it has ever done since moving in 2 years ago thanks to the 5 star fantastic service provided by Richard and his son.
