  ⚠️ Very disappointing MOT experience You might wonder why I’m posting this almost a year later. Honestly, I didn’t bother writing a review at the time. But recently, something reminded me of this experience, and it brought back how disappointed and uncomfortable I felt that day. I felt it was finally worth sharing so other people can be careful. I took my 2015 Ford Focus to Norfolk Garage Ltd for an MOT in August 2025. * 🔧 Before the MOT, I was told the car needed several repairs. * 💷 I explained that I had already spent a lot on the car and £300 was my maximum budget. * 📋 I was later presented with a £520 bill. * ⚠️ I was charged £60 for the tyre-pressure warning and £60 for the engine warning light. When I asked whether the engine issue had actually been repaired, I was told the warning light had simply been cleared/reset. * ❓ As someone without much mechanical knowledge, I was left questioning what work had actually been carried out and whether all the recommended repairs were necessary. * 😡 When I politely questioned the bill and asked if they could reduce it, the employee became very rude and shouted at me. I trusted their professional assessment, but I left feeling extremely disappointed and that I had not been treated fairly. 👉 My advice: always ask for a detailed written quotation, confirm exactly what work is being carried out, and get a second opinion before authorising major repairs. I personally would not use this garage again for an MOT or major repairs.

  So far, I have had an oil change done at Norfolk garage, new front brake pads and discs and four tyres fitted and an Aircon re-gas. Their prices are extremely competitive and significantly lower than other garages in the area. I also took my car to them for it’s MOT, which is actually done at another local garage and it passed with no advisories and the cost was only £30. Therefore, all my experiences at this Garage have thus far being very good.
