  Went in today and bought a satchel the man in the shop was lovely and helped me find the perfect of the shoulder bag for my needs. I can’t wait to take this with me on my adventures. Lovely store sweetheart of an owner. I’m definitely going to get a custom leather jacket when I get some more money.

  Happened upon this shop on our recent holiday. There’s a wonderful scent of good leather when you enter. As my husband was trying on jackets one caught my eye but the sleeves were too short for my long arms. The owner, Bobby, offered to make me a jacket to fit (longer sleeves, a little on the length and chest) which he would post to me in 3 weeks. I had a text yesterday to say jacket had been posted and received it today, only a fortnight after visiting the shop. I am absolutely thrilled with it. The quality of the leather is superb, lovely and soft and the fit is perfect, which as a tall lady is rare. I’m sure I will happily wear this jacket for years.

  I initially visited this store to enquire about their made-to-measure leather jackets, and the in-store experience was very positive—the gentleman I spoke to was helpful and informative. However, when I tried to follow up remotely via the email contact details provided on their website, I was disappointed by the lack of communication. Despite sending an email and making a phone call, my queries went unanswered, and even when I provided feedback directly again via email, I have not received any response. Unfortunately, this made the overall pre-sales experience fall short of my expectations. The leather products and the jackets in store appear to be of a high quality and very well made, however I have been put off by a lack of online pre-sales service and will likely take my business elsewhere; I am hoping that the business can take this feedback on board.

  Bobby is not only very knowledgable about leather and a true expert of his trade, he is also a genuinely nice and helpful guy. I discovered his store whilst looking for a leather repair service - Bobby expertly fixed the nick/scratch of my jacket on the same day I took it in. Very, very pleasant experience, he definitely has my future custom when I buy leather goods.
