  John Brown and Daughter Funeral Services were recommended to us, and am very grateful for that recommendation. They showed nothing but dignity, respect and total professionalism. The whole team were very supportive and empathetic at a very sad and difficult time for myself and my family. The service was meticulously planned and went very smoothly. Being a family company, they had a genuinely personable touch and I would have no hesitation highly recommending them .

  John Brown and Daughter Funeral Services provided an outstanding service for our family following the passing of our beloved cousin, Jeremy. I was particularly impressed with Broni's attention to detail and her responsiveness while planning. Following all this meticulous planning, everything on the day went like clockwork and all who attended and watched online were really pleased with the service at the crematorium. I would happily recommend John Brown and Daughter Funeral Services.

  Would I recommend? Absolutely! I have nothing but praise for John Brown Funeral Services and am amazed at the bare-faced lies and fabrications posted by V Tooes concerning my brother's funeral and wonder if her recent post is in fact libellous. I was also present at her father's funeral along with my surviving brother. John Brown acted professionally from start to finish on what was a challenging day. There is no personal friendship between this firm and the bill payer so therefore no conflict of interest. The widow had made the requests of the deceased's own funeral arrangements quite clear and all were supplied to the letter. Could it be misconstrued that after providing a flawless service for three previous family members that Trish Belsey and her team would know what the bill payer's requirements might be and accommodate accordingly? The only people 'causing a scene' were in fact Ms Tooes herself and her youngest son who himself levied foul mouthed abuse at myself and the widow. They personally disrupted her father's funeral and made that day about themselves. The only lack of understanding was that an EX family member thought it appropriate to attend without the widow's consent. Whether permission was sought by Ms Tooes from a dying man will remain forever hazy but my brother had made it clear to close family and friends alike that this person would not be welcome due to events last year in which police were informed of certain activities concerning a vulnerable elderly relative later found to have dementia. The unwelcome 'guest' was asked to vacate the chapel by the celebrant and then offered, by Trish Belsey, the alternative of watching televised proceedings in the foyer which was rudely declined. No blame was passed from funeral director to celebrant or vice versa and all the staff behaved impeccably throughout. The ushers are actually employed by Breckland Crematorium. Not John Brown. The people who showed a distinct lack of respect and etiquette were Ms Tooes and her family when making sarcastic noises throughout the service then witholding their singlular floral tribute in some kind of petty defiance. My brother would be so so ashamed. Shocked disgusted and disappointed sister of the deceased.

  Trish and Steve at John Browns Funeral Services were outstanding. Their attention to detail, care of us and our loved one was second to none. We had a very stressful time around Dad's passing due to one thing and another and they supported us through all of it, ensuring Dad had the best send off possible. Thank you Trish and Steve, the drivers, bearers and grave digging services. I would recommend their service without a doubt.
