  From the initial visit to the warehouse in Norwich with the polite and courteous manner of the store staff without any persistent sales pitches to the then quick delivery dates and arrangements regarding delivery and times, it had been an absolute pleasure dealing with this company and the delivery team as well were superb. Also the furniture itself is of good quality and well made as well as being built in Britain 🤗. We will be back.

  I am so pleased with my new sofa its absolutely beautiful!! I went to east anglian furniture after being let down twice elsewhere on another sofa the man who served me was so helpful and everything was so straightforward! My delivery came today and the communication was absolutely brilliant they brought it in and built it all up too! Very happy customer absolutely no faults whatsoever

  Friendly and helpful service. Delivery guys friendly and we're careful manoeuvring the sofa and chair through to where I wanted it. They then unpacked and even fitted the cushions. Definately reccomend They even dumped the old sofa and chair for a small charge Thanks guys👍

  First time I visited east Anglia furniture didn't really know much about them. But the wife a I had a wonder around their showroom looking and trying out their furniture. We finally made a decision on a sofa and chair we liked.so we bought it and it was delivered in less than a week as they had promised with no problems , can't thank them enough for the perfect service they provided.

  Really good amount of sofas to look at. But only one person there to talk to so had to wait a long time as was dealing with others at the time. Prices no cheaper than DFS to be honest. We did end up going there on household.
