  Refunded and exchanged a previously bought incompatible Apple Pen for a model that would work for an iPad Air. The staff member who helped me was awesome and definitely knew what they were doing with the information I could provide. Brilliant service and great person!

  Ordered online and picked up the next day. The staff member was polite and very carefully opened the drone . Only slightly niggling thing, as lunch time the shop had a long queue, so if time is an issue maybe go later in the day?

  Absolute joke Scamming company Spend £500 on a phone with 5yr warranty and to be told warranty not covers because of no screen protector what a joke Which it dint come with and I have proof and sent then pictures and receipts of me purchasing one a day after receiving picture Yet apparently they say it did but cant show me proof the apparently have of it. Just sorry we can give u your 5yr warranty after 1yr of use and it died. But its not covered because of a thin plastic screen protector! When disputing they just say it was on there without proof they apparently have. Its my job to prove it didn't which I have and still won't replay or repair under warranty Company is a joke And just doesnt wana pay out It's not enough they rip your off when u trade in not there not even covering there 5 Yr warranty
