  Absolutely the best service from Tony at Basically Sound whether it's excellent advice about purchasing the right components for a balanced system or in today's case getting some LPs cleaned. Simply the best Hifi establishment I have ever visited.

  Today, I visited the fabulous Basically Sound in bucolic Norfolk. Tony is a very knowledgeable and generous host. I auditioned a fabulous Linn system that is capable of running in passive crossover or direct active modes. Even run passively, this system was dynamic, full-bodied, smooth yet incisive, and fairly 3D in terms of its locked-in imaging. A genuine pleasure and a true learning curve regarding purchase options. Fully recommended.

  Basically Sound serviced and repaired my 30+ year old Linn Sondek LP12, Linn Lingo and Naim Amps, reinstalled my system, and set me up with a new pair of Neat loudspeakers. Thanks to their excellent level of service and meticulous attention to detail, my music sounds superb again. Highly recommended.
