  Fantastic people, had a hick up with previous driver but didnt stop them covering us and get us to stanstead airport. Reliable, friendly and well organised. Would ignore negative reviews as like anything it is self planning and giving dates to help them both partys. Would highly recomend to anyone and fair price to.

  First time using Steve’s Taxi Service Ltd. The lady making the booking was very polite and helpful as was the driver on the evening pick up and return journey for my husband. This seems to be the only service willing to do local but out of town journeys at a reasonable cost and I would definitely recommend them as a good service.

  Really friendly and helpful. Spoke to both the lady and the man because I wanted to make sure they could deal with my request. They were polite patient and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Steve's taxis you too the stress out of it for me.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Having used this company before, I knew that their time-keeping was not the best, so having ordered my taxi for a specific time a few days in advance, I rang back the night before to stress that I needed the taxi to be on time. When the taxi didn't arrive at my house at the specified time, I rang the company again. The woman on the phone immediately became shrill and defensive; she told me that she couldn't control the traffic on the roads etc and had no idea when the taxi would arrive. I waited a little longer and eventually had to find alternative transport to the station, as I had to catch a specific train to make my Eurostar connection. When I was almost at the station, I received a text to say that the taxi was at my house! Bottom line: unprofessional and unreliable.
