  We recently lost our dobermann, tupac so suddenly. I honestly cannot recommend rainbow bridge enough, they went above and beyond, the compassion and empathy they showed to myself, my husband, my 6 year old and our little dachshund was outstanding. Loosing your family dog so traumatically is never an easy situation to navigate, but rainbow bridge made the situation somewhat easier. Thank you for looking after our boy on his last journey, we really appreciated you and your services.

  Recently lost my cat, 16 years I had her and its my 1st time losing a pet. Honestly rainbow bridge were so gentle and caring. They offer so much to make you feel close to your lost love one. They did a free paw print so I always have her little toe beans.. in this really horrible time. Rainbow bridge really helped this process. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Kitkat is now home with me and it feels alittle better

  Absolutely fantastic all round, from the communication with us, to looking after our baby. The kindest, most compassionate people we could have ever wished for, and they all made this absolutely heartbreaking time that bit easier.

  Both my wife and myself would like to thank all at Rainbow Bridge for holding our hands through the painful process of having our beautiful bog (our son) Louis go to his final sleep at his home in February. It's been some time to finally get to this stage to say thank you so very much for all your support and professionalism. You gave our boy the best possible exit from this world to his final resting place. Again thank you all, love Donna and Andrew

  Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better send off for my dear Milo. Me and my daughter were heartbroken by the loss of our cat, Milo. Rainbow bridges staff were so kind and genuinely empathetic, compassionate and treated us with so much dignity and respect. Although we are still heartbroken, the love, care and compassion the staff displayed made our send off experience so special and we were really looked after, as was Milo. The room where we said our goodbyes was beautiful and wasn’t at all clinical, transactional or rushed like I’d expected it to be. The centre is really special, as is the staff who looked after us and we’re both so appreciative.
