  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly cannot recommend this pet funeral home highly enough. From the moment I contacted them, they were absolutely incredible — professional, compassionate, respectful and genuinely caring. Losing our beautiful guinea pig has been absolutely heartbreaking. She may have been a small animal, but she was a huge part of our family and meant so much to us. The team completely understood that and treated her with the same love, dignity and respect that any beloved family member deserves. 🐹❤️ They made such a difficult and emotional time a little easier with their kindness, understanding and professionalism. Everything was handled with such incredible care, attention to detail and respect, and I felt completely reassured knowing she was in such wonderful hands. You can genuinely tell that they care about the animals they look after and the families who are grieving them. Their compassion went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such beautiful care of my precious girl and helping us give her the loving goodbye she deserved. 🌈🐾❤️ An absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. 5 stars really don't feel like enough. I would recommend them to anyone who has lost a beloved pet.

  Amazing pet cremation business. Kept informed at all times and treated with total compassion and respect. Never rushed and took the time to discuss our wishes before cremation. Unfortunately we lost 2 dogs within 14 months whilst on holiday in Norfolk, Rainbow bridge took care of them both thankfully so it was a comfort to know we could use them. Their communication was amazing and presentation of ashes in our requested urns, condolence cards, fur and pawprints as standard. A beautiful poem, a candle and some wild flower seeds which we planted up and love watching them flourish. A true family run small cremation business that treats every pet, and owner, with dignity and compassion. 5*. Thank you for looking after my girls so well, it made a heartbreaking loss more comforting to know they were looked after by you.

  Unfortunately I recently lost my beloved dog poppy, and rainbow bridge were fantastic in dealing with sending a vet out to carry out the euthanizia, and dealing with all the cremation plans , claud in particular was very reassuring when he came to the house and explained the process very well before going ahead with anything, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who unfortunately has to go through the same unfortunate process of losing a beloved family member ( because thats exactly what they are)

  Couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more thoughtful and considerate final goodbye, for our beloved Bella. All thanks to the wonderful Rainbow Bridge team. They were excellent and took great care of not only our Bella, but the family she left behind too❤️🌈👼🏼🪽
