  This was the first time we have left our Carter at the Pet Chalet and he was so well looked after and came home a happy and contented kitty and he's already booked in again for June, so happy to have found someone like Carol, the owner, who has a genuine affection for all the cats in her care and so knowledgeable,we throughly reccomend this Cattery.   Always feel good about leaving our cats here and they clearly feel happy with carol and formed a bond with her. We get photos and updates while we are away which gives a good sense of reassurance and we are grateful for the updates. Pens are clean and the cats have everything they need...highly recommended

  I booked my cat, Scampi, in here a couple of weeks ago while I was away for the weekend. The lady who runs it, Carol I think, (apologies of I've got your name wrong) was lovely. She text me on Scampi's first morning to let me know she was OK. The pens are spacious and have different heights in them for the cats to climb up. They all also have an outdoor run, which I have never seen in a cattery before. I will definitely be booking Scampi in here again in the future.

  My two Japanese spitz were loosing their down. I was a little worried as it's the first time I've used Clives grooming parlour. My girls came back, happy, smelt lovely, all their down was out. And more importantly they were happy. Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Clive for door to door service. And for looking after my babies.
