  Really recommend selling here, the manager was really helpful and was a good customer experience! I brought a big box of misc electronics and said I wanted to know what was wrong in the instance that we couldn’t sell, they labelled everything individually with the problems if it wasn’t saleable and explained everything to us. Communication was great, couldn’t recommend more!

  Would not shop in this place if you have learning disabilities or anything similar, as the staff especially the manager is rude and makes cruel comments to those with them.

  Totally useless Management in this branch the amount of errors I have seen in this branch is crazy. I went in there 18.3.2026 to have a look at 2 Pokemon fire red Gameboy advance games. 1 they are selling £185 with box adapter no manual but it had its white inlay tray missing when inlay tray is missing there policy says it must be sold as unboxed grade. The 2nd Pokemon fire red boxed with manual and adapter for £210 didn't have its original inlay so it should have been bought as unboxed grade as there policy states I told the lady that was serving me she said OK and spoke to the Male manager who was totally useless he wouldn't even come and speak to me. He made excuses he would not change the grade he should have downgraded it he said he would order a replacement tray but that's against there policy as it would not be a original insert. I have checked there app today they are still trying to sell it at the same price and grade despite me proving them both were bought in wrong. Very poor branch of Cex that needs to train there staff properly.

  Very rude staff i would not recommend this shop to anyone what so ever. They like to give one price then change it once you've gone back after they have looked at it. I know someone who took an ipad in and it came back bent. The reason they was giving we can't take this its bent but it went in straight and some how came out bent for a couple month old ipad its bang out of order by the staff
