  Two years ago I called thewindowmedic in desperation, I'm disabled and window handle assembly needed fixing asap as I was due to move very soon, two handles were replaced plus another small and ugly window restrictor that we didn't really need. The 'boss' gave us the price £340 which we thought was extortionate, we complained but were told 'well it's cheaper than replacing the windows' we were at their mercy. Job was completed by a team of nice guys who were obviously surprised when my wife told them how much we were charged for a couple of handles basically, that cost just a few pounds from retailers. We vowed to never use them again. if we could give them zero stars, we would.

  We found window medics in the Wisbech advertiser and thought we’d give them a go as we had read lots of really good reviews . A guy came around and and measured up for a replacement front door and to see the problem we had with our patio/french doors . After choosing the type and colour we wanted for the new door we were give a price and was pleasantly surprised at the price for it and for the repair to the patio . When the door arrived the fitter was very professional and had the old door out and the new one fitted and the repair to the patio doors done all in the space of a couple of hours . Everything was cleared up with no mess anywhere . One thing though , our fitter did like a cup of tea or two haha . Excellent company , highly recommend

  We had problems with two of our top hung windows where one had a faulty hinge and one had a blown double glazed unit. One quick call and Dave popped over and priced the job then Marcus followed to do an accurate survey and all within two weeks the hinges and blown unit were replaced. Really contactable and friendly company.
