  Had Adam and Cole from Window Medics Downham Market yesterday to fit a really difficult front door not the standard fit. Adam was amazing spent ages getting it just perfect. Both chaps were cheerful and friendly. Clean and tidy workers. So pleased I am now going to have a back door sorted. Couldn't praise enough. How waiting to have the front of the house painted to do justice to the door.

  A window that wouldn’t open - they came out and said the unit needed replacing and quoted £1038 - a builder friend came over the next day and fixed the window within 5 minutes and the part cost me £6!

  Quoted £1038 for a new window when all that was required was the removal of 2 screws and a replacement handle coming to a grand total of £7. Saw my elderly father and thought they'd have his pants down - shameful stuff.

  Contacted window medic surveyer came measured up .About 4 weeks later parts installed very good service and a good job very happy Thanks.
