  I wanted a new roof and felt vulnerable as I did not know any local roofers. I completed research and chose Neil Burrell Roofing and Property Maintenance. This was based on the length of time trading in the area and business structure. Neil discussed my options. Neil suggested options I had not considered so I could make an informed choice of how to proceed. As my property was old, I chose to have the existing tiles put back and to use reclaim tiles for any unusable tiles. This was Neil's suggestion and not only did it help to keep the character, it also reduced the cost. Neil also repointed my chimney and replaced the facias and guttering. Neil is reliable, his workers were extremely helpful and considerate not only to me, but to my neighbours as well. I am very pleased with the finished roof and other work. Neil reduced the quote at the end of the job because not all the quoted work was necessary. Neil said he quotes for all and takes off if not required. A man of his word.

  Neil J Burrell roofing were fabulous. Came to quote and completed works when he said he would. Very communicative. Lovely friendly team. Would highly recommend. Long standing firm.

  Neil J Burrell Roofing have completed various projects for us. We had an old leaking flat roof on our garage completely redone. We also had our stable block re tiled with lots of repairs required in a very old stable. As we are currently renovating we are uncovering various things, new lead needed around bay windows and front door. I would highly recommend Neil and his team. They work to very high standard, everything is cleared away and left in a clean and tidy state. Nothing is to much trouble, thank you.

  Neil and Ed have done a very good and professional job re-roofing our garage flat roof with new EPDM rubber. Would highly recommend.
