  Took my 2018 E220d here after it went into limp mode with a noise from the engine and Bruce identified the issue successfully. Due to the large repair I went through warranty, and the assessor asked a lot of detailed technical questions before agreeing to cover it. Bruce dealt with all of it directly, stripped the engine to expose the failed components, and provided photos, video and written findings. The claim was accepted on the strength of that evidence. Good diagnostic knowledge on Mercedes, and genuinely helpful throughout a process that could have been a lot more painful. Highly recommend.

  Have used Bruce for at least 10 years on Mercs and other makes too, always reliable, reasonable and communicates any issues very well. No need to even consider going elsewhere, highly recommended

  We had a starting issue with the wheel on full right hand lock on my drive , recoveries could not recover it. Problem with ESL. MB came out when no one else would, he helped so much, car was running and good to go by day 3, he worked tirelessly coming out to our driveway which he wouldn't usually do, to do the work. Good price, friendly man,understanding and respectful. Will deffo use again and again and recommend to anyone!! This guy saved us, loads of money, our car, and my family a very very stressful time. Very grateful, thankyou again MB
