  Found myself in a spot of bother after my car had MoT issues. I called Bruce out of the blue, and he told me to bring it straight over, and he saw me straight away. The problem was not going to be a straight forward fix, so I left my car in his very capable hands. Within a few days he had not only fixed the problem, but found an underlying fault and dealt with it. Bruce kept me regularly updated throughout and did a fantastic job with my car. She now runs beautifully and flew through her MoT retest. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work and his customer service. A rare find in this day and age, and I couldn’t recommend him any more highly, if you’re looking for advice on your vehicle or repairs.   Took my 2018 E220d here after it went into limp mode with a noise from the engine and Bruce identified the issue successfully. Due to the large repair I went through warranty, and the assessor asked a lot of detailed technical questions before agreeing to cover it. Bruce dealt with all of it directly, stripped the engine to expose the failed components, and provided photos, video and written findings. The claim was accepted on the strength of that evidence. Good diagnostic knowledge on Mercedes, and genuinely helpful throughout a process that could have been a lot more painful. Highly recommend.

  Have used Bruce for at least 10 years on Mercs and other makes too, always reliable, reasonable and communicates any issues very well. No need to even consider going elsewhere, highly recommended
