  AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Won't let me cancel contract even though I'm within 14 day cooling off period. Literally 24 hours after I ordered it I was told its past the point of no return and they've now switched my internet from my previois provider after bening assured they wouldnt switch me. Been speaking to them on live chat for three days on live chat trying to sort it and still not resolved. I'll not be using three for anything ever again as their customer service is ABYSMAL. They have no idea what you're asking them and just string you along with generic excuses to try to keep you as a customer. Multiple breaches of consumer rights/ofcom regulations, it will be reported to ofcom

  I recently visited 3 shop Northumberland Street Newcastle to purchase a new phone. I should point out I'm from the dinosaur 🦕 age with limited tech knowledge so found the prospect of buying a new phone daunting. I was greeted by Aarron who was friendly and reassuring. I quickly found suitable phone. However transferring data from old phone to new proved difficult with numerous problems due to age of my old phone. Aarron meticulously went through various processes to find solutions and spent a considerable amount of time to get new phone set up for me. His patience and understanding was amazing and he definitely went the extra mile or more to achieve the required results. Answering all my queries and putting me at ease. Aarron is a great asset to the company and I would definitely recomend him and 3 shop on Northumberland Street to friends and family.

  Really great service from the team in Newcastle Northumberland Street. With it being the only Three store in Newcastle now; I'm glad to know that the team in there will be able to take care of me from now on. I spoke to most of the staff on the day, luckily they were all fantastic to speak to and deal with. Easy going and pleasant to talk to as well. Thank you again - Dave.

  My sister lost her phone in the hospital and was very sick. Customer Service said we can't send you a SIM card. You have to go to the store. When she went to this branch, they asked for an ID card and my sister took her ID card and all the paperwork, but they still didn't accept it. They made up an excuse and ignored her and walked away. The employees were extremely rude and didn't help at all. How rude can a person be? I said I want to talk to the manager. They said there is no manager. His name was Aaron, and he was very rude and ignored,it like you talking to mashin .we called Customer Service said we will send you a new SIM card in and arrived on Saturday. Please don't go to this place. They are extremely rude and ignorant.i will advise to three you need train your staff how to speak to customer and don't talk like mashin and chasing the matter and solve a problem not standing there and ignoring customer service.for god sake my sister she is ill she only discharged from hospital. you don't deserve for star .
