  Went to the shop as 20 year old gas fire was not working.Dawn went above & beyond to find suitable part & advise on excellent fitter to try & save us some money,rather than pay £1000 on new fire.If we ever need a new fire we would definitely go to Dawn . Absolutely fantastic customer service-honest & genuine,with a wealth of knowledge . Cannot recommend highly enough.
