I was interested in an iPad M5 Pro but working till 6pm in Sunderland I was unsure if it would be a wasted trip as condition was very important to me. I contacted the store and he gave me a full and honest review of the iPad and I said I would be in near closing time. He had the iPad ready for me and the condition was even better than I had hoped. Working in Premium Motor Retail, treating the customer with this level of professionalism is require and all times but rarely seen in a high street shop. Woman who works there gave me 2 DATA discs..... and i wouldn't be even surprised if she would be in a hurry or if extremely busy. Everyone does mistakes, BUT the shop was half empty, there were no customers queuing, and she looked at the cds twice before she handled it to me.... ridiculous. That is ridiculous 😒 even embarrassing I would say. I live very far from the town. And now have to bother myself to go there again. I dont have a day off everyday.
