  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lebensretter auf unserem UK-Roadtrip – schneller, unkomplizierter Akkutausch! Wir waren im Rahmen unseres vierwöchigen Sabbatical-Roadtrips durch Großbritannien mit Campervan und Hund unterwegs und legten in Newcastle upon Tyne einen dringend benötigten Technik-Boxenstopp ein. Bei Michis Smartphone machte der Akku schlapp – mitten auf einer langen Reise mit Navigation, Fotos und Reiseberichten das denkbar ungünstigste Szenario. Zum Glück konnten wir direkt im Apple Eldon Square vorbeischauen. Das Team vor Ort war spitze: Der Batterietausch wurde absolut reibungslos, schnell und maximal unkompliziert abgewickelt. Kein langes Warten, erstklassige Beratung und eine rundum professionelle Betreuung, wie man sie sich auf Reisen wünscht. Dank der zentralen Lage im Eldon Square ließ sich der kurze Stopp zudem perfekt mit einem Stadtbummel und einer anschließenden, herrlich dampfenden Schüssel Ramen direkt am Parkplatz verbinden, bevor es für uns entspannt weiterging. Vielen Dank an das tolle Team in Newcastle – ihr habt uns im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes mit frischer Energie versorgt und den weiteren Roadtrip gerettet! Eine absolute 5-Sterne-Empfehlung!

  age verification on software updates require passport or credit card. best to buy a windows device. also customer service does not know how to remove it if u change country and is rude on phone i will never buy apple again!

  Great service today at the Apple Store where I was at for a one hour appointment to learn about setting up my Apple i17 . The lady ( “ Beth”)who helps puts you at ease and helps you understand the ins and outs of the phone and how to navigate the settings This was my 2nd visit after I purchased in July and was just to sort out minor queries and lasted well inside the hour allocated.The tutorial is free but must be booked in advance through the website .The store itself is huge in Eldon Square and salespeople are friendly and helpful .Highly recommended
