  Wonderful company,installed new fire(gas)on the day they said they would, cleaned up and took all rubbish away, I have previous experience of the company, they also installed my previous gas fire, I have nothing but praise for the company.

  We wanted to replace the fire-surround in our new home but keep the stove and hearth. We were well advised in the showroom in terms of what we could do to ensure a safe and legal new surround. We were delighted with the range on offer and the fitters were excellent.

  Log burner was installed not in accordance with HERTAS regulations. Its against the law to install without a liner. 2 installers have told me its not been installed up to standard and should never be used. When challenged the owner wanted payment to correct and became aggressive. I feel this is because they've been challenged before and we're upset when HETAS contacted them directly. Burner now can not be used due to potentially life threatening carbon monoxide leaks. AVOID AT ALL COST.
