  Ordered a gas fire from Burning Sensation and was extremely impressed with both the fire and the service. Sarah went through all the fires suitable for our type of flue. Took her advice and ordered a fire, and as promised it arrived within a week. The service was excellent and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Couldn’t fault anything. A big thank you.

  Log burner was installed not in accordance with HERTAS regulations. Its against the law to install without a liner. 2 installers have told me its not been installed up to standard and should never be used. When challenged the owner wanted payment to correct and became aggressive. I feel this is because they've been challenged before and we're upset when HETAS contacted them directly. Burner now can not be used due to potentially life threatening carbon monoxide leaks. AVOID AT ALL COST.
