  Our experience with this headstone company was absolutely heartbreaking — and not because of the circumstances that brought us there, but because of how we were treated. Losing a loved one is already an incredibly painful experience. When we came to this company to arrange a headstone, we expected at least a basic level of compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, what we encountered was the complete opposite. The lady who assisted us was shockingly rude and dismissive. From the very beginning, her tone made it clear that she had no interest in helping us. She kept asking in an impatient and condescending way what we “actually wanted,” as if we were an inconvenience rather than grieving customers trying to make an important decision. There was no empathy, no guidance, no willingness to explain options — just cold, uninterested service. At such a sensitive time, attitude matters more than ever, and this experience made an already difficult situation even worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for support and understanding during such a vulnerable moment.

  Extremely poor customer service. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this place. Better to avoid.

  Wonderful people friendly, caring & helpful guided me through a very difficult time. The memorial to my mum was so much more than i could ever have imagined. She was an Angel & so are you. Can’t thank you enough her stone reflects everything I wanted to show & say about how much she was loved & the life she led I couldn’t have wished for anything more. It’s perfect Thank you I’d highly recommend everyone to use you
