  Fast response!. On time!. Expertly done! Best value and quality by far!.. I watched Col work and realised how many mistakes I would have made (from an engineering perspective I'm very happy I didn't attempt this myself) (Bonded glass removed and replaced side window too in about an hour!) Thanks again Col. Brilliant work... Highly recommend! Number stored!

  I requested a quote for a windscreen repair on a comparison page and Karl rang within minutes to arrange to come out to our home address. He got to us within a couple of hours and dot on time! The job was done within 20 minutes, Karl is very efficient, professional and friendly. Definitely recommend, thank you so much :-)

  Karl came out at a pre arranged time and communicated with me throughout the day, unfortunately when he arrived it was dark, blowing an absolute gale and we were in the middle of a power cut. This didn't phase Karl, he linked some floodlights up to my generator and set to work , it took a bit longer than usual but he persevered and had the job done perfectly and even put my air freshener back on the rear view mirror. I cannot recommend Karl enough, the price was a third of that quoted by a major windscreen company who tried the hard sell which I detest . Thanks again for your hard work.

  Had my Toyota Yaris Cross windscreen replaced for £330. The fitting looked fine, but I was never told in advance that replacing it could disable my lane assist system and require an extra £230–£300 ADAS calibration — with no guarantee it would work on my import model. If I’d been made aware, I would not have replaced the glass as my crack was minor. Lack of clear upfront information has now left me with extra cost and uncertainty. Customers deserve full disclosure before work is carried out.
