- ETEddie TompkinsMay 2, 20241.0Went to the store after speaking to three on the phone. 25 mile round trip to be told I can't help you unless you upgrade to a business account!! I don't have a business, well I can't add your email address to your current account even with my photo identification. Had to ring Three again passed the phone to the assistant manager and hey presto it was eventually added hours later 🤪 or is it? Apparently could take 48 hours. They really need to focus on aftercare as well as fooling people into deals they don't need or want. Not my first poor experience in this store. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years might be time to move my two contracts to another. It's an awful store and that must come from the top.
