I was informed that this would provide £250, which would effectively pay off my existing contract and allow me to start a new contract with a new phone. Unfortunately, the Advanced Trade-In was never processed. I have since been informed that there is “no evidence” of this transaction, which has left me in the position of paying for two phone contracts simultaneously. Over the past five months, I have repeatedly visited the store to resolve this issue. Each time I have been assured that the matter would be sorted, yet no action has been taken. The ongoing lack of resolution and communication has been extremely frustrating and stressful. At this point, I feel that my concerns have not been taken seriously and the staff are treating me like a joke.
