  Highly disappointed with my experience at JK Car Sales. Within a week of purchase, the air conditioning failed entirely. The dealership did not care enough to address the situation until I put pressure on them and reminded them of my consumer rights. Communication was incredibly poor; my emails were frequently ignored or met with cold, dismissive replies. The vehicle was also handed over with a dirty interior full of trash (candy wrappers/receipts) in the seat pockets, and a tyre that had to be replaced because the rim was shredding the rubber. Furthermore, the brakes were a concern from the start due to unusual noises. As a new buyer, I trusted the dealership's assurance that the vehicle was safe. However, after four months, an independent mechanic confirmed that the discs and pads were in a horrible manner—severely warped/rusted and worn out. Leaving me with a hefty bill to pay. This level of wear would have been impossible to cause in just four months of driving. It is entirely unacceptable to sell a vehicle in this condition, as it left me driving a car that was a genuine danger on the road. I cannot recommend this dealership at all.

  Such a smooth process from start to finish! Everyone was so so helpful and so consistent throughout the staff too as I was in different days and everyone was up to date and informed of everything discussed. Would highly recommend and would definitely be back!
