  Excellent service from start to finish. Ashley was friendly, professional and very understanding of my circumstances. He checked the documentation required beforehand, communicated clearly throughout and arrived as arranged. The job wasn’t the most straightforward situation, but he remained calm and professional and completed the work without any fuss. I couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend him. Thank you again, Ashley.

  Was able to come at a convenient time for us as our door mechanism had broken at the worst possible time. He got the door open without issue, quickly identified the fault and was able to rectify the issue easily with follow up support being readily available.

  My husband managed to lock our car with the keys in it when he was packing the car to leave our holiday home ! I phoned Ashley and he arrived in 30 minutes and solved the problem. Great service from an excellent tradesman. Would highly recommend.

  Great service from Loki’s locksmith. Our back door would not open as the lock had completely jammed. Ashley came out promptly and he sorted the problem quickly, professionally, and with no fuss and at good price. We would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use him again.
