Came in for an upgrade offered to me over the app, was gas lit by the girl behind the till that it wasnt available from three and id have to get the phone else where, when i showed her the offer on the website, she doubled down that it wasnt available to order. So i just used the website instead.

I came to three store today, what thought was a big problem with my phone was sorted out for me within a twinkle of an eye. The assistant manager, Jack is an asset for Three network. He has every qualities to be in this position, even more of an assistant manager. His patience, communication and listening skills is a top notch! Not only to the customers but to his colleagues! I want three store to send an appreciation on my behalf to this gentleman.
