  I am not one to normally leave reviews but Autowerx are by far and away the best garage I have ever used. Nothing is too much trouble and they are extremely helpful with providing clear and genuine advice when carrying out any work, which seems to be a disappering quality within the industry. Earlier this year I had a small issue with some of the work carried out (we are all human!) and once mentioned Matt requested the car back for rectification, all carried out within 5 minutes whilst I waited. He (and the team) have then provided fantastic care for my following car. I believe the true value in a company is how issues are dealt with and I cannot praise Autowerx any higher for their customer service and quality of work.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Autowerx BMW Had my BMW engine, gearbox, and differential serviced by Autowerx BMW and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and carried out the work to a very high standard. Everything was explained clearly, and the attention to detail was excellent. A trustworthy BMW specialist that I would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be returning for future servicing.

  I cannot recommend the team at Autowerx highly enough!! After discovering leaking core plugs on my freshly built classic BMW engine, I knew I needed a specialist I could trust. Rather than taking the car to a BMW main dealer, I entrusted my E30 to the Autowerx team to replace the plugs, carry out a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and prepare the engine for its first start-up and running-in process. What initially seemed like a straightforward job quickly revealed several unexpected issues, but throughout the entire process the team demonstrated exceptional expertise, professionalism, and dedication. No matter what challenges arose, they approached each one with patience, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to getting everything right. Their communication was excellent, and they provided invaluable advice and reassurance every step of the way. The quality of workmanship and level of care shown towards both the car and its owner were second to none. It is clear that Autowerx have a real passion for these cars and the knowledge and experience to back it up. Thanks to their hard work, my E30 is now back on the road and running exactly as it should. If you own a classic BMW or any M car and are looking for a specialist you can trust implicitly, I would not hesitate to recommend Autowerx. They would be my first and only choice.

  I’ve been using Autowerx for the last couple of years and once again they provided outstanding service. I took my BMW M140i in for its MOT and during testing an issue was identified, with burning oil smoke appearing from the exhaust under acceleration. Naturally, this was concerning as the car had been running perfectly beforehand. Rather than simply reporting the issue, the team immediately began investigating. A thorough diagnosis was carried out, including checks of the turbocharger and crankcase ventilation system. They identified a cracked PCV (crankcase breather) valve and took the time to properly confirm the diagnosis before replacing any parts. What impressed me most was the communication throughout the process. Matt kept me informed at every stage, explained what had been found, what still needed to be checked and ensured I understood exactly what was happening with the car. The replacement was completed using a genuine BMW part, followed by further testing and a road test to confirm the issue had been fully resolved. The vehicle is now running perfectly again. I was also impressed by how fairly the situation was handled. Given the amount of investigation, testing and work involved, I felt the final bill represented excellent value and reflected a genuine commitment to customer service. It’s rare to find a BMW specialist that combines technical knowledge, honesty and customer care to this standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Autowerx to any BMW owner.   Had a full main service, and brake service done on a 2 Series Active tourer 225xe (at the same time). It was a very busy day that we had booked in for, but they managed to do the work to their usual high standard by the end of the day. They also had the car checked for updates, of which their were 14 - so had to re-book as the car needed to be left overnight. Updates successfully done, and our second older 225xe had it's Brake Fluid done - while we waited. Booking is best done a few weeks ahead, as Autowerx is a very busy specialist BMW/Mini service centre, that has the expertise to do EV's. The servicing is sensibly priced, if you are looking for a 'proper job' - all four servicing items done successfully, and with the usual friendly and personal approach.
