  Very poor Survey of my ceiling. We are first time buyers. As soon as we moved home our ceiling started getting wet with patches. When asked him to follow up. He came over but was not empathetic . He visited but everything felt rushed and we were left feeling ignored.

  I used Atlas (Nick) to survey a home we were purchasing. We are first time buyers and he advised us through it all. He was responsive, polite and friendly. The survey was booked in with the agents the same day, with the survey completed the week after. The survey was thorough. I had some follow up questions and Nick kindly spoke through the survey on the phone with me. I will definitely be using Atlas again and will be recommending Atlas to friends and family.
